Billing & Plans
Arc OS uses Plata by mono (monobank internet acquiring) for payments. Cards are tokenized on first payment and charged automatically each month.

Trial credits (100K tokens) are granted once per email on signup — no card required.
Upgrading
- Open Settings → Billing in the CRM dashboard.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- You'll be redirected to a Plata payment page — supports Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mono QR.
- After payment, your plan activates immediately. Your card is saved for auto-renewal.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew every 30 days using the saved card token. You'll see the next billing date and masked card number (e.g. ****1234) on the Billing page.
If a charge fails, Arc OS retries up to 3 times. After 3 failures, the subscription downgrades to Free automatically.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the current period. Cloud containers are paused on cancellation.
Cloud Workspace (Starter Cloud)
Starter Cloud includes a dedicated Docker container on Hetzner arc-cloud-prod:

- Container auto-pauses after 30 min idle (resumes on next message or

Trial Credits
New accounts receive 100,000 token trial credits once per email. Trial gates:
- Creating a project requires a trial or paid plan
- Anthropic API calls are proxied through Arc OS during trial
- Warning dot appears on your avatar when < 20% trial remains
- Full usage history in Settings → Billing → Token Usage
Admin: Test Mode
In Platform Settings → Payments, admins can toggle Test Mode:
- Test mode uses
PLATA_TEST_TOKENand test card numbers - Apple Pay / Google Pay are hidden in test mode (Plata restriction)
- Switch to Production mode to enable all payment methods
