Arc OS — Orchestration System for AI Teams. One memory across CLI, web, and Telegram. Works with your Claude subscription or Anthropic API key.
Arc OS began as a tool for one developer juggling a dozen AI tools and chat sessions that couldn't share context with each other. Eight months later, it powers a federation of 30+ AI workers that write, test, and deploy themselves. Arc OS workers built most of this website. If it works for us — it'll work for you.
You lose 2 hours a day re-explaining the same project to different AI tools.
Your PM context lives in 4 Slack channels. Onboarding a junior takes three weeks.
You switch clients and lose stack context. Every project starts from scratch.
Worker roles for every function — developer, designer, QA, PM, copywriter, and more. Each with dedicated skills and project context. Assign tasks per role or let workers coordinate.
Build knowledge collections from PDFs, video, YouTube, web pages, audio, DOCX, TXT, and images. Attach collections to issues. Workers see them when picking up tasks.
Telegram supergroup with a topic per worker. Or web. Or CLI. Switch any time. Project memory stays the same across all three.
Issues, wiki, knowledge graph, and semantic search — all linked and always on. Self-hosted Cohere multilingual embeddings. No context loss between sessions.
Docker container per user on Hetzner. GitHub App auto-creates repos per project. Bring your Claude subscription or Anthropic API key — we pass requests through with no markup.
arc <project> opens a worker session with full context loaded. Web companion handles visualization. Telegram handles async review. All three stay in sync.
Connect a GitHub repo or start from scratch. Workers bootstrap in 30 seconds. Your project gets isolated memory, a wiki, and an issue tracker — ready on day one.
Choose worker roles and load skills from 140+ options. Or fork a community template. Each worker carries the right context for its job — no manual briefing required.
Open CLI, web, or Telegram. Workers pick up issues, ship output, and ping you when done. You review and approve. Repeat.
Pain: Five AI chat tabs open. Context fragmented. Copy-paste is your daily workflow.
Outcome: "An AI dev team that knows my codebase. Opens a session, picks up where I left off, ships a PR."
Pain: Onboarding a new junior burns weeks. PM context is scattered across four Slack channels.
Outcome: "Each project has its own AI team with shared memory. Juniors ramp up by reading worker logs, not asking questions."
Pain: Client switching kills focus. Every project needs different stack knowledge from scratch.
Outcome: "Per-client AI team with isolated memory and skills. We handle 30% more work without adding headcount."
Yes. Arc OS is built around Anthropic Claude. We don't resell AI tokens — you bring your own. Claude Pro / Max / Teams — log in with OAuth. Anthropic API key (BYOK) — paste your key, we pass requests through with no markup. Arc OS charges for the orchestration layer — Claude is yours.
Cursor and Claude Code are single AI assistants. Arc OS is a team — multiple role-specialized workers with shared project memory that persists between sessions. Notes (knowledge collections from PDFs, video, YouTube, and web) attach to issues. When a worker picks up a task, it reads the attached notes.
Chat is encrypted end-to-end: AES-256-GCM, master key derived with PBKDF2 via WebCrypto, stored in sessionStorage — never leaves your browser. 2FA / TOTP on all plans. GDPR Art.17 cascade DELETE + Art.20 data export. Code lives in your isolated Docker container — we don't auto-read it.
Today: one owner per project. Project Collaboration — multi-user, invite by email, roles, shared worker memory — is in active development.
Not yet. Cloud only today, with EU data on Hetzner. A self-hosted edition is on the roadmap — earliest 2027.
We open new slots weekly. No credit card. No call. Bring your Claude subscription or Anthropic API key · 8 locales · CLI + web + Telegram · EU data on Hetzner.
