How it works

Your AI team writes the code. You stay in command.

Arc runs a team of AI agents that plan, write and review code together, while you steer from the CLI, Telegram or the web.

The bottleneck

You run the development, but the bottleneck is you.

Reviews wait for you. Context lives in your head. Every handoff is another thing you carry. A single assistant does not fix that. A team does.

The whole flow

From a sentence to merged code: You → arc CLI → Architect (plans) → Developer (writes) → Reviewer (reviews) → Result (merged, with time logged). You steer the whole way from the CLI, Telegram or the web overview.

The scenario, step by step

01 Install and start

Install Arc, create a project, run it in the folder of your code. Arc runs on your own Claude Code. No servers to rent to begin.

02 The team plans

You say what you want in plain words. The Architect breaks it into tracked tasks with IDs, so nothing lives only in a chat window.

03 The team writes

Each task becomes a real change in your repository. You watch it happen, you do not type it yourself.

04 The team reviews

Before anything merges, a second worker reads the diff and flags the bug. The fix lands before you ever see red.

05 You stay in command

Ask the project worker in Telegram, get the answer where you already are. The web overview shows the whole team at a glance.

06 The result

Tasks close, the review passes, the pull request merges. Time on the project is logged for you, ready as a client report.

Why it holds together

A real team, not one bot

Architect, Developer, Reviewer. Separate roles that check each other, the way a team does.

You command, you do not micromanage

You set the goal and approve the direction. The team carries the tasks from plan to merge.

It works where you already are

CLI in your editor, Telegram on your phone, a web overview for the whole picture.
